Meet the customer conversation layer of the future.
Deploy voice agents that understand context, sound human, and take real action — across every call your business answers.
What you get on day one
Built
to scale.
From a single receptionist agent to millions of minutes a month across every department — same platform, same reliability.
Two ways to handle a call
Let the agent answer, or keep your own team on the phone and let Drop AI handle everything around the conversation. Both end the same way: a structured customer record, without anyone writing it up.
Voice Agent
The agent picks up, holds the conversation, and acts on it — looking things up, booking time, capturing the lead, or transferring to a person.
- Answers every call, day or night
- Takes real action mid-conversation
- Hands off to your team when it should
Call Intelligence
No bot has to answer the call. Your people pick up as normal, and Drop AI records, transcribes and files the conversation behind them.
- Your team stays on the phone
- Recorded, transcribed, summarised
- Structured data, no note-taking
What makes this different?
Menu-based automation
Rigid "press 1 for sales" trees that break the moment a caller says something unexpected.
- Fixed decision trees
- No natural language
- High abandonment rate
Scripted conversational bots
Slightly more flexible, but still built on brittle keyword matching and canned responses.
- Keyword-based intents
- Limited context memory
- Frequent human handoff
Generative voice agent
Understands context, calls real functions, and carries a natural conversation end to end.
- Full language understanding
- Live function calling
- Sounds and feels human
Hear the agent in action
Greets every caller, answers common questions, and books what it can resolve on its own.
Hear it for yourself
Build a receptionist agent on the free credit, point a number at it, and call it. No sales call required.
- 1Describe your business to the agent builder
- 2Pick a number, or use the one it provisions
- 3Ring it and hear the conversation yourself
Free credit on signup, no card required.
Build, answer, act, understand
Describe the business, get an agent
Answer a few questions about what you do and Drop AI's builder writes the agent's instructions, picks a voice, and wires up the functions it needs.
02 — AnswerIt takes the call
A real phone number rings into a live conversation — speech in, speech out, with interruption handling and multilingual support.
03 — ActIt does something about it
Mid-call the agent can check a calendar and book the appointment, create the customer and lead, post to your systems, or transfer to a person.
04 — UnderstandEvery call becomes a record
Transcripts, summaries, sentiment and outcomes for agent calls — and for the calls your own team answers, with Call Intelligence.
05 — ManageRun it like a business
Numbers, agents, team roles, usage and billing in one dashboard, with prepaid credit and per-minute usage you can see.
See Drop AI in action
- 1Caller explains the problem
- 2Agent collects the missing details
- 3Lead posted to your webhook or CRM
- 4Call ends with a confirmation
A repair call becomes a lead
An inbound caller describes a problem. The agent gathers what a dispatcher would need, then posts it to your systems before the call ends.
- 1Caller asks for a time
- 2Agent checks live availability
- 3Offers a slot that is actually open
- 4Appointment created on the calendar
An appointment the agent actually books
With a calendar connected, the agent checks what is genuinely free, offers a real slot, and writes the appointment before the caller hangs up.
- 1Call arrives out of hours
- 2Agent works out the urgency
- 3Transfers or captures per your rules
- 4Details waiting in the morning
A 2am call that still gets handled
Outside business hours the agent still answers, works out how urgent the request is, and follows the escalation you configured.
Built to sound and feel human
Low latency
Responses begin streaming back in well under a second.
~600ms round tripRealistic voice
Natural pacing, tone, and emphasis — not a robotic read-aloud.
Multilingual voicesIntelligent turn-taking
Knows when a caller has finished speaking, even mid-sentence.
Handles interruptionsA platform built to be configured
Configurable agent framework
Define behavior, tools, and guardrails without touching infrastructure.
Describe the business. Get an agent.
Tell Drop AI what your business does and it writes the agent's instructions, chooses a voice, works out what the call needs to collect, and wires up the functions — then keeps editing it as you ask for changes in plain language.
It asks before anything irreversible — buying a number, publishing a change, spending credit — and what it can touch depends on the role of whoever is asking.
Know it's working before it matters
Run scripted conversations against a draft agent before it ever takes a real call.
Completed calls can be scored automatically, with the first 100 minutes each month included.
Latency, sentiment, and outcome trends across your call volume.
Every call, however it arrives
Inbound voice
A number rings, the agent answers and holds the conversation.
Outbound voice
Place calls from the dashboard, including queued batch campaigns.
Call Intelligence
Calls your own team answers, recorded and turned into records.
API & webhooks
Drive agents programmatically and receive call events in your own systems.
Every conversation becomes a record
Not every call should be answered by an AI. When your own team picks up, Drop AI can still record the conversation, transcribe it with each speaker separated, and turn it into structured customer data — without anyone typing up a note afterwards.

My water heater's leaking — can someone come out tomorrow?
Team
We can do tomorrow at 2. I'll put you down for that.
Customer
Perfect. It's 40 Rue Sainte-Catherine.
Summary
Caller reported a leaking water heater and asked for a same-week visit. Team offered tomorrow at 2:00 PM and the caller accepted.

Nothing was quoted on this call, so the amount stays empty — it isn't guessed.

The caller hears your notice
A recording disclosure you write, in the language you choose, plays before the call connects — and the exact wording is stored with the call.
- 2
Your team answers
The number rings your people as normal. Drop AI bridges the call and records it — there is no bot in the conversation.
- 3
Transcribed with speakers separated
Each side of the call is transcribed and attributed, so the record reads as a conversation rather than a wall of text.
- 4
Turned into structured fields
Contact details, what was asked for, quoted amounts, appointment requests, follow-ups, urgency and sentiment — pulled from what was actually said.
- 5
Filed against the customer
Calls from the same number are grouped into one customer record, so the next call starts with the history of the last one.
- 6
Pushed where you work
Completed calls post to a webhook, Zapier/Make, or Slack, so the record lands in the system your team already uses.
Pulled from the conversation
Only what was actually said — anything the call didn't establish is left empty rather than guessed.
Fills the gaps it hears, not the ones it imagines
Every call adds context to the customer it came from. What a caller states out loud can fill a blank on their record — and nothing else can.
It fills the gaps it hears
An email or address stated on a call lands on the customer record, so nobody retypes it.
It never invents the rest
A field the conversation didn't establish is left empty. No city guessed from an area code, no name guessed from an email.
Your corrections win
Edit a customer by hand and that field is yours. No later call can quietly overwrite it.
Your notes stay yours
Freeform notes are never rewritten automatically. The AI's account of a call lives on the call.
From conversation to customer record
No CRM? No problem. Drop AI can keep customers, leads, appointments, tasks and pipeline in the same workspace as the calls that created them — or stay out of the way and feed the tools your team already uses.

- Pipeline
A call becomes a customer. What they asked for becomes a lead. The time the agent booked becomes an appointment, the follow-up becomes a task, and the opportunity moves through your pipeline — without anyone re-entering any of it.
Customers
One record per person, with every call they have ever made attached to it.
Leads
What the caller wanted, captured as something your team can work rather than a note.
Pipeline
Where each opportunity stands, from first call to won or lost.
Calendar
The appointments your agent books, and the ones your team books by hand.
Tasks
The follow-ups a conversation created, assigned and dated.
Booking Setup
Business hours, appointment lengths and buffers — what the agent is allowed to offer.
Use Drop AI CRM & Calendar
Customers, leads, appointments, tasks and pipeline live in the same workspace as the calls that created them. Nothing to connect, nothing to sync.
- Included surfaces, one login
- Agent books straight into it
- Every call filed against a customer
Connect what you already run
Prefer your own stack? Point leads at a webhook or Zapier/Make, book into Google Calendar, and let Drop AI stay the voice layer.
- Google Calendar booking
- Webhook, Zapier/Make, Slack
- Per-agent routing, not one global switch
Drop AI CRM & Calendar is an optional add-on at $5.00 a month, billed from your workspace balance. Connecting your own tools instead costs nothing extra.
Carrier-grade, without the carrier work
Provision local or toll-free numbers in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia from the dashboard.

Send a number to an AI agent, to your team with recording, or straight through to another line.
Restrict which countries a number will accept calls from or dial out to.
Enterprise-ready from day one
Role-based access
Owner, admin, developer and member roles gate agents, numbers, billing and team management.

Common Questions
A conversational system that answers and makes phone calls, understands natural language, and can take real actions like capturing a lead or transferring to a person.
Speech is transcribed in real time, a language model decides what to say or do next, and the response is synthesized back into natural-sounding speech.
You can provision local or toll-free numbers in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia directly from the dashboard, or point an existing number at Drop AI by forwarding it.
You define the handoff conditions — the agent transfers the caller to a number you choose, or captures their details for a callback.
Yes. An agent can be pinned to one language, or set to detect and respond in the caller's language during the call.
No. Drop AI includes an optional CRM and calendar — customers, leads, pipeline, tasks and appointments in the same workspace as the calls. If you already run your own tools, point leads at a webhook or Zapier/Make and book into Google Calendar instead.
Yes, when a calendar is connected. The agent checks what is genuinely free in Drop AI Calendar or Google Calendar, offers a slot that is really open, and creates the appointment. Without a calendar connected it captures the caller's preferred time instead, and says so rather than implying a booking.
Yes. Set your current number to forward to a Drop AI number and keep advertising the one your customers already know. Drop AI then answers with an agent, or rings the team destination you configure. That destination has to be a different line from the one forwarding in, or the call would loop back on itself.
Any system reachable over HTTP: the agent can call your endpoints mid-conversation, and completed calls post to a webhook, Zapier/Make, or Slack. Google Calendar is supported directly, and Drop AI's own CRM and calendar need no connection at all.
A second mode for a number. Instead of an AI answering, your own team answers and Drop AI records the call, transcribes it, and turns it into a structured customer record.
Each workspace is isolated, access is role-based, and you choose per agent whether calls retain a full transcript and recording, a redacted transcript, or neither. Recording disclosures and retention are yours to configure — recording law varies by jurisdiction and Drop AI does not decide it for you.
No, and that is deliberate. A customer field is only filled from something the caller actually said on the call. Anything the conversation didn't establish stays empty, and anything you have edited by hand is protected from being overwritten later.
Voice agents are pay-as-you-go per minute from prepaid credit. Call Intelligence is a monthly plan with included minutes. See the pricing page for current rates.
