Refund Policy

At DROP.AI, our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service. Please read the following conditions carefully before requesting a refund.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.
- No paid product pages were created or imported to your store after subscribing.
Free Trial
DROP.AI offers a free plan so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to fully utilize the free plan to determine whether DROP.AI meets your needs. Once a paid subscription is purchased and premium features have been used (i.e., product pages created or published to your store), the refund eligibility is forfeited — as premium functions have been consumed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue using DROP.AI until the end of your current billing period.
Monthly Subscriptions
Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date. If no paid features were used after subscribing, a full refund will be issued. Once product pages have been created or published to your Shopify store, refunds are no longer available for that billing period.
Yearly Subscriptions
If you hold a yearly subscription and request a refund, the refund amount will be calculated as the total annual amount paid, minus the equivalent monthly cost for each month the subscription was active.
Example: You purchased a yearly Lite plan and request a refund after 2 months of use. Since the Lite plan costs $39/month, $78 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Processing
- Submit your refund request by emailing info@dropai.ca with your account email and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. In some cases it may take up to 5 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The time for the amount to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card provider.

DROP.AI strives to ensure your satisfaction with our services. In the event of a full refund request, please be advised that a minimal payment processing fee may apply. We value transparency and want to make sure you are aware of this aspect of our refund policy.
